Internet is constantly unreliable, and getting tech support is impossible. All they ever say is “turn it off and on” or “try another outlet.” Beyond that, no real help. Waste of money.
WOW in south metro has the absolute best tech support member I’ve ever met. Craig Sheperd was sent to my house to find an internet problem and not only found it but fixed previous problems from other service tech. He left my house 2 hours later with new wifi fixed but cleaned up with new wires and modem. Craig should be in lead of all of WOW’S TECH support. Thanks Craig.
I had to take the service w/ WOW bc I moved into a new community & that’s what was available. They prob had a contract w/ the city since it’s in the City limits. A technician came out everything was done & setup in a professional manner. I was told by the tech person that if I signed up for YouTube tv I wouldn’t be charged until the next billing cycle in case I didn’t like it. I was charged $75 2days later. I was LIVID. Internet service reliability and streaming TV is constantly dropping. Watching a movie or a sporting event is a miserable experience due to service dropping. Last time I submitted a service case WOW came to the house and stated everyting was fine and charged me $85. Sevice continues to drop several times a day making it impossible to work from home and/or enjoy TV. I sure miss NuLink. Since WOW took over the outages are becoming more frequent.
