So frustrating. Chat is useless. “Jane” was so the opposite of helpful!!!! Did not address my questions at all and fixed nothing. And extremely rude! Customer service is 0!
I paid my bill every month on time and in full and they went up on my bill $10 a month.
The service is terrible. When you call to talk with someone you can't understand what they are saying. They charge every time you call to ask about anything. The billing amounts change all the time.
Paying for 300 mbps and the best they can do is 140.47. When you call, its a call center. The people will straight up tell you thats acceptable. PAY FOR 300 AND GET 140.47 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Going back to my other provider!
