Opened an account with Wow and have regretted it ever since. The internet initially worked really well when they just had the temporary cable on top of the ground. However, the "We'll bury it in 2 weeks" turned into a month. My dog got bit by a cottonmouth that was hiding in the tall grass where I couldn't mow due to the cable's presence. I would not recommend WOW for anyone at all. Service is extremely terrible, you can NOT call and speak to anyone at all. You only get a calling service out of country and they will not help you at all. XFINITY is coming to our area and I'll be checking them out for service. WOW IS THE WORST INTERNET THAT YOU COULD EVER GET. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GET WOW FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICES
We just got wow a few weeks ago and they offered to come any day and time to come put the internet in. Yesterday 3/16 the people came to bury the line and they knocked our internet out. They rigged it back together and it still didn’t work. They up and left didn’t check to see if we had issues or not. My husband said everything they did fell apart.
