DON’T DO IT: We had Internet and telephone with WOW. We canceled the telephone over six months ago and they have STILL charged us for it, each month. I called twice to get them to shut it off. STILL being charged, to this very day. We are cancelling ALL services today. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. We moved our business location to a new location. I was told when we got service initially that if we had to move to a new location and they didn't have service at that location would not have to pay the early termination. We set up transfer of our service to our new location and they came out to hook it up. Technician said there is no cable but here we might have fiber here. Opened an account with Wow and have regretted it ever since. The internet initially worked really well when they just had the temporary cable on top of the ground. However, the "We'll bury it in 2 weeks" turned into a month. My dog got bit by a cottonmouth that was hiding in the tall grass where I couldn't mow due to the cable's presence. They finally buried the cable and then the internet stopped working. Over several months, I made many phone calls and complaints and I had three different techs come visit the house to work... read more
