I recently tried to get service with them and I was told I had unreturned equipment from 2021. So I would need to pay the charge of $587 before getting service. I have never received a bill for this so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m not sure this is a valid charge because why am I being informed of it 5 years later.
Worst internet I’ve ever had. Internet never stays on. Customer service never know what’s going on. They think they getting more money before they can fix the problem.
if I could give 0 stars I would ! the WORST internet connection in my life I've had to call these guys for a year straight, every week just to reset my modem that I pay and extra $5 for on my bill the service SUCKS and I WILL be going back t o ATT As Soon As Possible 💯💯
