Worst service ever how do you limit the number of credit/debit uses to pay your bill. Service stays going out and customer service is trash. Terrible provider smh
Effectively, we pay for 1G, and as you see from the photo of their own test, we don’t come close to what we pay for. Far worse is how their call center treated us. The dude started yelling at me, and disconnected the call when I tried to switch to Spanish to see if it would help. It was a horrible experience and I deeply regret leaving our previous ISP for WOW!
The worst internet service I’ve ever had. Constantly goes out with no explanation, technician came and changed the modem and the same issues persist. Talking with the chat support is like talking to a brick wall with the same automated messages that solve nothing. There is no reason for the WiFi to be out every day.
Extremely disappointed with WOW’s service and customer support. I have been paying for a 600 Mbps internet plan, yet I experienced consistently poor performance, with speeds often around 50–55 Mbps and pages taking several seconds to load. After I finally scheduled a technician visit, the equipment was replaced and the service improved. What frustrated me the most was how my concerns were handled afterward. Love WOW internet. Got feed up with Spectrum, switched to WOW 7 years ago and never looked back. I'm moving and sadly, WOW does not service my new house. I do not want to go back to Spectrum. Is there anyway I can get WOW to me new address? I'll dig a line from the road or do whatever I gotta do. Please help me!! (I'll change to a 5 star if someone can help)
