Received a flyer in the mail that said Wow was having a sale on the internet prices. I chose the 1 GB regular $60 a month for only $50 a month. Once I was hooked up, I got a bill that said it was $60 per month and the only way I could get $50 was to do auto pay. I pulled the flyer out and read it several times and nowhere on it does it say anything about auto pay. They misled me and thought I would stay with them, but I didn't. Cancelled the next day. For months I called to complain about internet service. I did a speed test and it was around or below 100. I was charged for 600, support told me the test was incorrrect . I ran it on both WOW speed test and internet speed test both had around 100 or less. I gave them a month to fix it or correct the billing they were not willing to do either. TERMINATED SERVICE!!!

So just switched to Spectrum because they lowered my phone and internet cost from WOW $196.00 and Spectrum $85.00. So I contacted customer service to discontinue services and they countered with a $96.00 offer. I declined , then was told I will be charged $110.00 for canceling some contract they say automatically renewed last year. So because I canceled with one month remaining I will be charged this amount. Make note we have had this service for at least 5 years.
