WOW is not the business you want for cable/internet service. I returned equipment once and they never said they received it. It literally took years to resolve. I have their internet service now but it’s been down for a week. I technician came out but could not figure out how to fix my service. I was told to get another cable modem, so I did. I use my own equipment because of the aforementioned situation. They are coming back a second time with a different technician but I really have no confidence he will repair my problem.... read more
Good pricing, reliable and great local technicians
I moved from Alabama in August of 2024. September 27th, 2024 I paid my balance in full and was told to turn in the equipment to avoid the charge. I zeroed out the balance because I did not want to carry over anything once I moved. May 7th 2025, my credit score drops 25 points for a remaining balance of $100 with them. I called and now they are claiming a bill came out on September 16th, 2024. I asked why didn’t she tell me my true full balance and she tells me she does not know.
