Horrible, Horrible!!!! I have a friend that has his landline phone service with them. Had static so bad you couldn't hear good, then phone will stop working EVERY time it rains. I call and report it for him. Every time they go out and check the lines in his house, even tho it has already been determined by numerous visits before that it's NOT inside. The issue is the lines outside. And of course THEY can't seem to fix the problem. He's gone weeks with no phone. And this has been going on for over a year. His phone is out now... read more
Terrible. 3 trips out to my house and a constant run around and incompetent workers.
Horrible service tried to charge for equipment that I already returned then made up excuses for their mistake
Wow is the worse internet service EVER created! I would not recommend them to ANYONE! My service goes out everyday at least 2-3 times. I am so tired of having to restart my box. PLEASE anyone out there looking to get Wow, do yourself a HUGE favor and DONT! DO NOT PUT THE STRESS ON YOUR LIFE, it isn’t worth it. And please Wow don’t reply under my review saying you’re sorry, the only thing that is sorry about you guys is your services.
