Rude tech, and they lied about needing someone home to activate service. So far the worst experience I’ve had coming to Columbus.
I know problems sometimes happens but when you been with wow for 4-5 years you would expect them to help you out but no...I had a payment arrangement of 244.00 because I got behind we had to move out our old house and move into our apartment and right as I paid it they turned my internet off and it still hasn't came back on or I can't get ahold of anyone. This is a good way to run people off. I rather try verizon internet than have to keep forking out over 100 a month for internet that half works.
One star because I can't get zero stars. I've lived it a New address for a month. Wow! Was the best internet option. Had five or six outages since we moved in. I feel taken advantage of.
