Wow is not a company that cares about there customers. I work from home and recently had a storm which caused an outage. However it has now been 48 hrs and no update. Wow has failed to give there customer any updates as to when this will be resolved. Wow does not seem to u destined that some customer Livelihood depends on internet. I work from home I do not get paid unless I have internet. It has been 48hrs and still no resolved I have missed 2 days of work and all they offer is $15. Wow company is not that great and they are making several calls a day every day telling me my card is about to expire And I am keenly aware, and it’s very harassing and such a nuisance with that dang robot calling and calling and calling every day!!!!!!
Its goes out randomly every week have almost little to no support in Oakland park area everyone in area are running same communication line code throttling each other and when calling customer support I get the same script and instead of resolving the issue its a sales push to upsale on a higher package even though were on the highest so well have priority in the area
Worst customer service ever! Tried to resolve an issue while at work after being on hold for 30 mins or so I asked if I could call back after work and finish taking care of the problem with the address on my account. The woman told me yes that is fine. Within 5 mins I get an email saying my account was closed and I had to return all of my equipment. This is probably the worst Internet service that I have ever experienced. The connection is going in and out constantly, specifically when I am work. Absolutely horrible.
