I had an account with WOW beginning in July 2021. My modem had to be replaced in 2023. My service ended in 2025 due to my new address not being in their service area. I returned my equipment. However, they’re trying to extort me for a modem that they claimed I received in November of 2021 that they have no record of new ever receiving. I’ve had WOW! Internet since moving to Columbus, and it’s been one of the most unreliable services I’ve ever used. The internet goes out almost every week, sometimes multiple times, which is extremely frustrating since I work from home and depend on a stable connection. Customer service rarely provides real solutions they just reset things temporarily, and the problem keeps coming back. They now sent customer service calls to another country. They suck!! We've been with them for too long for Internet and customer service are both crappy. On phone with the other country for 30+ mins after working all week. Just wanted to let them know their internet was out again.
