Internet goes out all the time. They've come to "fix" the issue like a dozen times and it's worse everytime they "fix" it. Then they blame the issue on the last person they sent out. Wish I could switch but apparently they're literally the only provider in the area and they certainly abuse it.
ZERO STARS Horrible customer service and internet service beware. You will pay for internet that is never working. We had a technician out to our house 7 times in the few months we had WOW. Whatever the issue was they never fixed it they just kept bringing a new router every time. They overcharged for one month and then when they realized the mistake they gave a "credit" for what they claimed was our internet not working but in reality we overpayed. This internet is terrible. DON’T GET THIS INTERNET!!!
The Internet is down once again. Afraid to call again and get a crap subcontractor who ripped me off like last time. This has been an absolute garbage company that customer service calls go to India with subcontractors who pretend to do work and then charge the company for much more than they actually do.
