First of all, if you’re planning on paying $100/month for the 1 gig plan. Don’t. They offered to lower my bill to $69/month to get me to stay. I had no problems with WOW until I upgraded to Surf Fiber internet. I’m now paying $85 for the same plan with better speeds through them. They tried to undercut them. Honestly baffled they keep turning off my WiFi even tho I have the money sitting in my bank account and then they proceed to make it very difficult to even get a hold of customer service to even figure out why
”Fiber internet” is a stretch. This is a HFC company with asymmetrical speeds. Company preys on those that are less informed. Signed up for services at my apartment, and connection would drop multiple times a day. They sent subcontractors and tried to double-bill me for the issues that were not of my doing. Years later, and I find out even after I paid everything multiple times, they sold my "debt" to a collection agency and I just found out about it. Now I'm having to pay it for the 4th time. This place is a complete scam!!! Do not buy it.
