Paying for 600mbps, only getting 15. Video and audio is choppy. Service is horrible and unreliable. Rates increase every year unless you call and threaten to switch. I have to call them on a regular basis to reboot my internet, which typically works for about 15 minutes until my speeds drop back to <15mbps again. They suggested the issue was with my modem. Internet droops every 1-2 hours where you have to reset the modem. The modem is provided by wow and they want you to pay to have someone come look at it when it’s all their issues.
Don't try wow internet if you're a new costumer. You will regret it.
Internet goes out all the time. They've come to "fix" the issue like a dozen times and it's worse everytime they "fix" it. Then they blame the issue on the last person they sent out. Wish I could switch but apparently they're literally the only provider in the area and they certainly abuse it.
