I love wow massage. Erin is my masseuse and she wonderful. Everyone has always been very friendly and professional
I have been going to Wow for years and I have always had an amazing experience. The therapists, menu of services, and the atmosphere are 5 star. The new management and FD staff are so on top of things and super professional and friendly. If you are looking for a great price for a great experience... wow is your place!
All the massage therapists are very open to communicating with you too meet your needs. The establishment could be quieter but overall provides a relaxing experience.
Poor massage. Bad service. Treated rudely. Talked to one of the owners (I think his name was Gurney (sp?)), and he seemed more interested at looking at my body than listening to my complaint. I should have checked the reviews online first. I learned my lesson well...please don't make the same mistake as me!
Bad massage, bad business, bad experience. Their phone doesn't even work much of the time! What a crazy place! I could never recommend this place, I'm sorry to say. I have found a new place to get a massage--and relaxation is part of the whole experience! I'd recommend you go just about anywhere else.
Would not even give them one star but that is the lowest. If you value you hard earned money go to another establishment. Canceled membership for the month of may and would not let me receive the three rollover massages even though we paid for them. Will not work with you at all basically said sucks to be you. Well until they resolve this I'm going to post a bad review all over the web. How can you run a business with no customer service
