Terrible experience. Appraisal should have never been ordered. As you can see the response below. Completely out of touch.... They had me pay$550 for an appraisal on my credit card even though I wasn't even eligible. I wasn't eligibile due to forbearance. I had to wait 7 more months. Common knowledge. Found this out from another broker. By that time the appraisal was worthless. They didn't want to admit that it was a waste of $550. It cost me due to them not knowing fha rules. I’ve worked with a few mortgage lenders in the area and did not have much luck. I will say that these people are great to work with, knowledgeable, and helped me where others couldn’t. You can tell these people actually care about the people they work with and would recommend to anyone in the Winter Park area.
