I have lived here since 2009.The present management is the worst. I have repairs that need to be done but it isn't in the budget.
Last night I was awaken for the third time in one week to gunfire. This is very disturbing. When I woke this morning and was leaving my apt I found 3 empty casings to a 9 mm Luger. I’ve been trying to reach someone in the office to discuss this but I can not get a return call even. I hate to have to arm myself before going to bed but this I will now do.
My Personal Experience has been A Nitemare .. Kaisi the manager is very bias and Disrespectful, and takes every opportunity to provoke you. No maintenance everyone quits it's a complete joke and the properties are continuing to go down hill.. don't waste ur time applying poor management and maintenance also they get people off the street to do repairs.. Beware!!!!
This is such a nice place. Very friendly manager and maintenance man. Very nice roomy apartments. Always clean and maintenance is quick to respond to the tenants needs. Has an indoor and outdoor park for the kids.
On a weekday they are closed , but they added people towing your cars, tried to go to the front office, talking about sorry we are closed onna week day at 2pm. Can't place reviews on Google anymore either. Don't live here if you are down and out there are better places to live. This is not one of them. Not even close!
The worst placed I've lived at. The pool has been closed all summer. The office ladies told me that the kids are not allowed to play football outside. That we as tenants are only allowed to go from my car to my apartment and from my apartment to my car. I am not I prison. This isn't a halfway house. This is absolutely ridiculous! She said my 7 year old playing football was considered loitering! I will be moving out as soon as possible
Watch out for all their ‘ADVERTISING FLUFF’....(ie): GOURMET KITCHEN: it’s just a kitchen with laminate countertops, cheap vinyl floor tiles and trim, but it does have a garbage disposal and dishwasher..if you call that GOURME??? (Ie): ENERGY EFFICIENT DESIGN: Prepare to be inundated with ice on the INSIDE of your “SO-CALLED LUXURY APT” from your steel front door and all your improperly insulated and installed windows!!!!!!!!!
