One of the employees, Kimberly, is rude and does not present a professional impression of the business. She is disparaging to employees in service related fields and comes across as arrogant and insensitive. Would not recommend coming here just for her!
I would not waste your time. I am a truck driver with a very busy schedule, and i have reached out multiple of times for two weeks to speak with the Karla Rebel to assit me with completing my tax return. I have left multiple voicemails and spoke with two different ladies at the front desk by the names of Jessica and Kim both telling me after reaching out several times they will call me back and help me out with some answers on getting assistance with my tax return.......No one at this office has acknowledged to contact me in... read more
