Placed order on June 19th 2023. Was really excited. The sales manager Chris Tarrant seemed to be so helpful. Now a month after my purchase I am still waiting for a shipping confirmation and am unable to reach anyone from this company. I have not received the 4 columns I purchased nor have I received any shipment information to my order. I had no problem getting a response prior to my purchase but now can not get a call back or response to any emails. I wish I would have read others reviews before placing my order. We tried to purchase columns from this firm back in September 2022 and they've since stopped responded to emails, calls, or voicemails. I can't even get my deposit back and I assume who took it just went on vacation and closed down the business because as far as I'm concerned, this business is no longer open. I would stay as far away from this company.
I purchased some Columns from Worthington Millwork on August 11 from Chris Tarrants and was told, in an email chain, that I would receive the columns in roughly 2 weeks, this never happened, I would however receive updates on the progress. I was told over the telephone from Myra Miller that the columns will be shipped on or around 11/21/22 and that never happened.
