The building is in terrible repair - it was built in the 50's and appears to have had no maintenance since then. The lobby smells like mildew, and half of the exterior lights are burned out. The marquee is moldy and coming apart at the seams, which might be how some of the lights shorted out. Also, there is a blond troll that lives in the basement and screams at visitors and delivery people. I'm not sure why they keep her around, unless she is the owner. Horrible. People are rude and they have lot security (essentially some dude who appears to be a maintenance man with not much else "going on") who gets rather testy when someone parks on his lot. Even after asking for a few minutes to simply drop some papers off at a hotel in front of them I was attacked with this same attitude. If I needed a place to live, this would be on the bottom of my list. Customer service isn't apparently very good here. I feel sorry for the tenants who have to deal with that daily.
