I used to pour with worms ready mix on nearly a daily basis until today when the driver/part owner delivered a load and insulted our workmanship because their product failed and basically told us that they will only stand behind their product under certain conditions. I may only own a small company but I spent $96,000 with them last year and how am I supposed to stand behind my product if they won't stand behind theirs. We installed a pool this passed summer and used Worms Lumber & Ready Mix for the concrete work around the pool. I was impressed off the bat with how they handled our project. They worked with our pool installer directly which felt like less of a headache for me and was much appreciated. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of spillage where they loaded the wheel barrels with concrete. This made it difficult to till up to fill in with new dirt and grass in those areas.
