She understands pianos, is a very nice person, and is really pleasant to work with -- she has absolutely no "salesperson" vibes and is interested only in helping you find the piano that is perfect for you. I cannot recommend Worldwide Piano inc highly enough. We bought a Kawaii GL 10, open box, and everything was as promised. The piano looked brand new, the delivery was seamless, and a lovely new bench was included. Rick was absolutely amazing to work with and we got the piano of our dreams! I would not hesitate doing business with them again - great experience!!!

I purchased a hybrid digital piano online from Worldwide Piano. My contact, Rick, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and always responded quickly to my questions. I checked around other online retailers and realized that Worldwide gave me the best price for the piano from the get go, and arranged for shipping and set up in my home. The movers, Just Better Moving, were very easy to deal with, arranged a mutually convenient delivery date, and knew exactly how to assemble the piano I’m happily playing now.
