First time buying a piano, and it all went very well. Our experience at Worldwide piano was pleasant all the way from start to finish. No sales pressure, just helpful information and suggestions. Nice selection, quick and expert delivery. Should I ever need another piano, I wouldn't hesitate to pay Worldwide a return visit!
If you are looking to buy a piano, I strongly recommend that you go to Worldwide Piano in Edison and talk to Aislyn. She understands pianos, is a very nice person, and is really pleasant to work with -- she has absolutely no "salesperson" vibes and is interested only in helping you find the piano that is perfect for you. I went in looking to buy my dream piano and she helped me find it, at a price that I could afford. I cannot recommend Worldwide Piano inc highly enough. We bought a Kawaii GL 10, open box, and everything was as promised. The piano looked brand new, the delivery was seamless, and a lovely new bench was included. Rick was absolutely amazing to work with and we got the piano of our dreams! I would not hesitate doing business with them again - great experience!!!

I recently purchased an instrument from this store, and I have no complaints. From walking into the store to having the instrument delivered; every step of the process was smooth and painless. As I walked in, I was greeted by Ms. Aislyn Gentile (a pianist and teacher herself), who showed me the Kawaii model I was interested in.
