I need to be honest—this was one of the worst interactions I’ve had with another company in this industry. Emma in Dispatch was incredibly rude . We were both working the same customer on different shipments, and the level of disrespect was unnecessary and unprofessional. The worst moving experience we had. A lot of broken items and no response from the company. We received a check in the mail for 60.00 with no explanation.
Front desk staff is very rude. They refused to give us a call when they were on their way. Recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs if possible.
The movers were rude ans disrespectful.
