Amending my review because of the very strong customer centric approach shown by Jeff. We had a negative experience with the moving company during our move but Jeff went out of his way to make that bad experience better.
Things started out okay. Tom, the estimator, gave us a fair price and we were happy with the delivery windows. Once the move started everything started to fall apart. We never received one single piece of communication from the move coordinator or the office about our shipment. They failed to inform us that our shipment was split into two deliveries. CA to MD and it couldn't have been better. Fair price, experienced crew, good equipment. Onload crew was great, packed up 38 years of memories and were respectful of the contents and the house, The owner, Jeff, was present for the day and over saw the work personally. In MD, the truck arrived on time and the offload was seamless. Still unpacking boxes and so far not a chip or scratch on anything, and furniture was in exactly the same condition as it was when we lived in Ca.
