I have purchased from the online store multiple times and always appreciated the customer service, so I felt like I had to stop in while in the Lancaster area. The store manager was very friendly, giving us trail recommendations as well as offering us demo bikes. Will definitely go back and plan ahead to demo something fun next time!
Had a flat tire and this place was the closest I could walk to. I stopped in and the staff were all super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even went out of their way to help me repair my tire despite that not being a service they typically offer. Highly recommend this place for any biker looking for a new bike or for parts to upgrade their bike.
I ordered the wrong size sun hoodie from the website, it shipped from nevada so i wasnt sure if i could return it here. When i went it i was expecting a retail shop, this is more like a warehouse/store combined. Not much showroom but massive inventory it seemed like. There wasnt much to browse but that was ok. They happily accepted the return, and even showed me the in stock options. I also asked about a few other items and they grabbed them for me from the back and rang them up. These guys are seriously the best. I had an issue with a shock service kit, not only did they find the right service kit for my shock (thanks Rockshox for making it super confusing 🫤) but also told me what I was doing wrong. Incredibly customer service, great prices and and awesome gear to top it off. Shop here and go ride your bike. It needs it
WWC customer service is top notch. I called about a fox transfer post barrel for the seat mount and a fox shock bushing. They sell a replacement parts kit with two barrels but I only needed one barrel. Matt looked around shop and found a spare and mailed it to me for free!! How awesome is that!
