Holly gave a great massage.
90 minute deep tissue with Kathy. AMAZING. My posture was better and the stiffness in my gait was gone. She also gave me some pointers to assist in staying loose. Will be going again…many times.
Yet, another reason to love Ocean City! Monique was professional, informative, and capable during my fascia blast visit. She explained how fascia blasting can help with inflammation and overall well being. Monique found my trigger spots immediately, she knows her craft! I will recommend her to friends.
Prenatal massage with Holly was great! Very relaxing and comfortable experience and Holly was very experienced in her craft, making sure to especially focus on my problem areas. I left feeling relieved of tension and relaxed. Great experience and would recommend (especially mid-3rd trimester when everything aches)!
