Fantastic work ethic and really nice people to deal with. The mechanic and the person that answered my call were both very pleasant and happy and caring. I highly recommend them. Fast too!
Very helpful patient and knowledgeable about tesla
Luckily I’ve never needed to call them but now I never will. I had an incident where their driver tried to run me off the road getting onto the highway. I had admitted he was in my blind spot, I sped up so that he could see me so he could slow down and let me in. Again, I know by law that it was my fault but common courtesy would be to NOT speed up and block me when also having a large trailer. I was stuck.
