She was very helpful although I changed my mind three separate times even after letting her know to go forward with my LAST decision, lol. She was understanding and patient. My mom always used this service when she flys overseas and got best rates but pricing was better and I was literally trying to see the flight bookings as she was doing them with her so I give her the best rating!

Great Job!!! Very helpful.........and my ticket was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much cheaper than those online ticket places..... I am going back to "good ol" face to face travel agents.

After reading the one review I tried this agency...I did not find the representative to be helpful or courteous. I would not recommend this agency to anyone who does not like short answers and negative responses.
This agency really goes out of their way to look for the best deals and accomodate the travelers needs. Ive used them several times. They always exceed expectations and have earned my business.
