Stay away from the service department, they kept my bike for 5 weeks after promising it would be done in one week. Each time they would give me another date it would be done and they would call me, no call and when I would call them, they would have a new excuse. Such as we have been so busy and have had some many more bikes come in, and your work order is even further behind. I guess they don't work on the idea first in first out. Now they have lost part of the bike and there is another delay.
