The management at the World Market Paramus location is HORRIBLEEE, The way I see them treat their employees is very DISAPPOINTING and anytime I have an issue or see someone else having an issue at the register the worker tries to do thier best to get a managers assistance the manager either are not listening or they just take forever to come and expect the worker to be able to fix all of it. Very disappointed
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The customer service is terrible they can’t help you with anything all they will tell you is that whatever you want is not possible. I spent three hours trying to modify my shipping had to speak to numerous customer service agents at both the shipping company and world market. The end solution was to cancel my order and lost $290 on shipping.
I love this store. The associates are so helpful and genuinely seem like they love their jobs. I really enjoy the holiday scavenger events.
