A few days ago Mia helped me find a Shortbread cookie I was looking for, she was amazing!
I live an hours away and usually love this place but when I called bc I got run up wrong I saw my clearance item I only got bc I thought this was an amazing deal or else I wouldn’t have gotten it didn’t ring up correctly. So when I called, they said that there’s nothing they can do about it. To simply return the product even though they mislabeled it. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
Absolutely terrible people. Won’t let me exchange a wrong size for store credit. They are also very very rude about it. I would never shop here for gifts again
