Drove here from another city just to see the store. Website said they open at 9am. We get here at 930am still not open. I called no one picked up. We see multiple people waiting. Someone comes to the door and says they open at 10. For the next 20 minutes I see a dozen people walking up to the door. Still no one opens. Several people walked up to the door walked away then left.
Today I tried ordering some treats online that I could pick up later in the day. I went to pick them up and Jay, the manager on duty, snapped, "He'll wait on you over there." Before I had even opened my mouth to let them know what I needed. No greeting, no "Hi how are you" nothing.
