This store has terrible customer service. I think they are significantly understaffed. Regardless of time or day: the registers are never fully staffed, the phone rings 12 or more times before someone picks up, and online pick up orders take days to fulfill. There seems to be a revolving door of employees, so it must be the manager or regional manager. Strange since it is the only World Market for 60 miles.
One of my favorite places to buy gifts and to load up on snacks before trips. I've also bought two sofas/couches from here and they've held up incredibly well in a cross country trip and under daily use. There's a parking deck right next to it or parking spots beside the store which I believe are for online orders only.
If there were negative or zero stars, I would give this store. One of the ladies there was so mean with my 10 year old that we dropped all the stuff we originally plan to buy. Terrible worst experience.. very insulting. Don't ever go to this place
