Not only do I love this store because they have beautifully made goods from around the store that you will find nowhere else, but the manager Steve is outstanding. I had bought (among many other things) 3 cards. I was visiting from Florida so I did not unpack the bag till I got home. I noticed I did not have my 3 cards. I called Steve and long story short he personally bought me a $15 gift card for my next visit. 6 months later when I needed a bag, I found the cards. And I called to tell him so. The fifth star comes back when they stop putting up Christmas stuff in SEPTEMBER. More fall stuff please!
