Internal communication needs work.
Horrible online service offered by this store. Received an email stating the order was ready. Went to the store and waited in the online checkout area. The male salesperson said I needed to wait in the main checkout line that was ten deep. I waited and when I was served, the cashier said I should go back in the online checkout area. This store fails at online pickup and staff need to be 100% more accountable and prompt in getting online orders processed. Target and Whole Foods dont have these issues.
Great store with lots of Christmas ornaments, candy, food, rugs, Knick knacks, jewelry and much more. If you need any home items this is the place to go. A good variety of kitchen items like cutting boards, cookbooks, wooden spoons, dishes, holiday dishes and much more. I cannot list all of the many items you will find here.
