Walked in and was immediately greeted by Terry. No pressure shopping, friendly staff overall. Terry was the real star in our visit today though. He was interactive, friendly and extremely helpful to make sure we were presented with options to enable the best deal. We really enjoyed our interaction and visit to this location in Bozeman, MT.
I've always have enjoyed shopping at World Market. Besides the fun selection of food items, I've always had a great experience with customer service. Lorna has always been great, she always has a positive attitude and is very helpful. The other day, I also had a great experience with Terry. He was very attentive in noticing that we had our hands full of product, and without asking any questions, came by and handed us a hand basket to help us carry our stuff. He also had a very positive and friendly attitude.
