Zero stars if I could. I like this store and all that they have to offer, but many of their employees lack customer service. Their online ordering system is antiquated, which is not the employees fault, but they take issues out on the customer. I received a confirmation email for my oder that stated they would hold my online order for up to 10 days, and then was called by a store employee and told that it was 48 hours because they don't have room. Rude cashier acted like I didn't even exist and couldn't be bothered with a hello or a thank you.
What an insane experience. I received a 25% flash sale coupon, and needed some filler art for the dining room. There is a blue textile art piece that fit the spot at World Market. After checking online to see that they had it (1 remaining in Bozeman, the site promised), we went to pick it up. Bizarrely, when checking out, the cashier said she needed to check to see if they "had more".
