I have always adored this shop, but Lilian the cashier went above and beyond for my family and I. We cane through and were having a particularly bad day because of our missing cat. Not only did Lilian deliver incredible customer service and put a smile on our faces, she gave us some info on a group to find lost pets. Directly because of Lilian, our baby is coming home!!!
