Like Pier 1, only with more to offer and better prices. I could spend all day in this place. They tend to lean towards the Pier 1 style of furniture and home accessories, but at a much better price. But they also offer gourmet foods, coffees/teas, imported beer and a decent wine selection.
great store World Market is a store that has almost any decorative item (& some food) from around the world, or at least looks worldly. Come here for that different look. Reasonably priced
Buyers Beware I have shopped at World Market for a couple of years now. You can find a good bargain sometimes and yet some items seem to be over priced. I bought a large basket that was infested with powder post beetles. At first I thought it was termites, so I called the exterminator to make sure I didn't infest my house. The Most Fun Place to Shop Not only does Cost Plus World Market offer great deals on so many items that are hard to find elsewhere it is actually fun and enjoyable to shop in this store. You can sample new products, browse through the large collection of wine and beer and purchase home goods all in the same store.
Affordable, large selection I have shopped at this store many, many times over the years. Always a large selection of unique items. More affordable than Pier 1, and furniture is sturdier also. Purchased a large shelving peice today and staff was helpful in loading in my vehicle. I always find something interesting here.
great place for different items we are currently in a new home and discovered this store while looking for decorating items, we found so many unique and unusual items to add to our decor... great store highly recommend. Debby
