I love this store but their female manager is absolutely trash. She's rude and not helpful. I waited in line for 30 min (I get it, its the holidays) but then she said there was no way to help me with my return without what sounded like she was saying was invoice. I had an email and the online account but she said that wouldn't work. When I asked if she said invoice, she said no and repeated what she said but again I could not understand her. Terrible service to get any coupons spent over four hundred dollars and still no coupons. Cannot edit or change my landline phone number entered my cellphone number and still no rewards, went to santa cruz world market and they tried to help me two different people.And they said they have a lot of people that are complaining about this problem that I should call world market directly
