Unfortunately I can`t submit this review with NO STARS!!! A few weeks ago, I returned an item purchased with my World Market credit card. At the time of the return, I didn`t have my card with me so they issued a merchandise credit and confirmed to me that I could use it to pay my World Market credit card bill. This weekend, I learned that this is not possible. As a result, I now have a credit card balance of over $300 and a merchandise credit of $175 that I cannot apply toward my account. Just hit the 90% off Christmas & extra 50% off of red tag clearance event. TOP NOTCH custom service. I don't know the name of my cashier but he's the reason for the 5 stars. He doesn't normally work the register but he was today & was so friendly and pleasant!

The store is a decent size and the staff was helpful.
When you drive an hour out of your way to get a special gift only to find out on Thursdays this location closes at 6:00 p.m. You know that peak time people are shopping after they get off work at 5:00 p.m.
