I was denied entry even though they open at 11 AM. I had been waiting outside the store for 20 minutes to be told to leave. Absolutely unprofessional.
It’s a huge store with variety of different products from the world. The prices are a bit high but there are markdowns and clearance deals as well. My husband and only purchased snacks here.
We were in this weekend to see their new Asian section and Idelma was so helpful showing us around and letting us sample new items, all associates were so friendly and the customer service was outstanding.
Amanda provided outstanding customer service during our visit to World Market. She was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to show us several different options and accessories for the table we were purchasing, helping us find exactly what would work best for our space and style. Love coming here for the snacks but Laisha/Layla/don’t know what her name was but her name tag that she had placed on the register away from view started with an L, needs to work on her customer service. She was extremely rude and dismissive during my transaction and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I am disappointed and will reconsider shopping here.
