Love the wide selection of stuff you can’t find anywhere else. The downsides are that they don’t accept snap and ordering online doesn’t seem to work (they cancelled my order for no reason).
Love this store and its staff but they don’t stop people from bringing in their dogs, even though there is a no pets sign on the front door. I’m highly allergic and if come into contact with pet dander, I break out into an aggressive rash. For the safety of everybody, I would please urge staff to stop letting people bring their dogs in. Otherwise, I will not be able to shop here anymore.

I ordered a table and four chairs a day ago. They canceled my order for the table and will only deliver the four chairs. I called multiple times to cancel the chairs, but they said it is not possible. They plan to deliver them and will not offer a refund. I need to return the 4 chairs—worst customer service. I will never shop there.
