World Market, Concord August 2026 I’ve been here many times and is still one of my favorite places to visit! I also love to visit the one in Oakland too! Upon arriving in here, we were greeted with welcomes. The workers are helpful and friendly. Service was great! I love checking out the new items they have on display, whether that’s new tea or new furnitures, there is always something special to discover! Customer service was great at this store by phone and in person. All staff was friendly and helpful. Welcome surprise since many stores don't stress Customer care as a priority.
