I have always enjoyed this World Market location, however the customer service has gone down tremendously. I will not be returning to this location. I needed help with a furniture item and the male associate only offered a cart. Well, your help physically would be more useful. I then witness the same gentleman watch a woman pushing a stroller and trying to carry an end table. Rather than helping her out, he watches her struggle!! Infuriating and no one seemed to care.
