90% of the food items in my cart were expired and manager was no help. Most expired by months. Not days.

Hard to get in touch wit them. Wait 1/2 hour on the phone, called several time and same results, hanged up ridiculous.
Just ran in to grab margarita salt and coffee syrups. Mentioned they were for our wedding reception party Saturday and that we just got married an hour ago. They gifted us a bag of their delicious coffee as a wedding gift! How awesome was that?!?!?! Love this place even more now. What awesome customer service!

I had ordered 3 cases of Clearly Canadian since, they did not have what I was looking for and they were sold out. I was told it would be 2 weeks from January 7th, and here we are 4 weeks later and no call. I called and spoke to management the first time who said Clearly was slow on their orders. Today, I called and spoke with management who said they don't order for food orders, just furniture and that they have had it in. My daughter-in-law and I spent several hours exploring this World Market store on Friday, 2/07/2020. We were quite pleased to hear the manager greet not just us, but other customers and his team members. He acknowledged the positive way the team member worked with a customer.
