WorldHempire was founded in July 2017 by a disabled Army combat veteran Emmanuel. On his journey of fighting to regain a normal healthy life, Emmanuel became intrigued about CBD Oil. Before trying CBD OIl, fellow veterans often told him they found relief through the use of Marijuana.
