Yazmin helped with my taxes and she did a great job. I’ve been doing my own taxes for more than 15 years now and with all the recent changes and policies and whatnot, she helped navigate through it all and addressed all my questions and concerns. I tried to handle this professionally, but obviously my efforts were wasted/discounted . April Opened my account there prior to her becoming a branch manager. After opening my account with them, April became very rude and most of my Encounters with her were rude.
