I have been dealing with World Finance for a couple of years now and have acquired and paid off a couple of loans. My experience with them has ONLY been positive. When my loan has been paid in completion the only thing I receive from them is a monthly flyer listing new offers and thanks for my patronage. Preston who manages the Clinton branch is great to deal with and more than willing to work with you. The harassment is unbearable id never made a late payment in years of business this past year i had to make a payment 2days later than my due date but within the week grace period and you would have thought id robbed them blind from their behavior
This place is easy to get a loan with. However, they are a royal pain in the b**t. I got laid off and was having a hard time paying. I got behind but was still paying. They would harass me until they got me to renew. This basically started the loan all over. Seriously, if a customer is having a hard time paying should it not be the goal to get the loan paid off???? Apparently not. They come to your house, call you several times a day. Call everyone you gave as a reference until they get you to renew. I have caved for the las... read more
