Rude people. – I have been a customer of this company for a little over a year now and have never went past my due date or at the very least the grace period. For some reason I just got off the phone with an extremely rude lady named Diana who not only had attitude the whole time on the phone, but lied and said she was a "friend," of mine to get me on the phone plus she refused to state what company she was calling from.
