But when both myself and my husband have been sick and couldn't pay or couldn't call because things got disconnected, and when you finally call and tell them you will be in on Saturday to pay double payment and they won't accept that is a bunch of HORSE CRAP. You want $'s today when my checking account reads ZERO balance, am I suppose to pull it out my butt? I WILL be in Saturday. If that is unacceptable to you all, I WILL call your headquearters
