Pleasant from beginning to signing paperwork. The young lady that serve as my liason was terrific. Courteous, intuitive, well spoken, and was more than just aperson at a desk behind a screen. She made me feel like family and she reminded of a family member dear to my heart. She explained everything to me I inquired and informed me of important details I needed to know.
