The guy that works in the office up there I called him Friday had to call about 20 times because he don’t like to answer the phone and i did my re finance over the phone he said I’ll have to wait until the next day to get the money and I still don’t have my money I’ve done everything I’ve needed never took this long ever
Terrible communication Terrible accountability Take 4 hours breaks to where I miss my payment because no one was there. If zero stars was an option I'd do it.
Amber was so helpful, and really nice. She did really good.
Called in to check on a loan and Amber talked me through all the process over the phone and in 30 mins. It was done and money in the bank! Thankyou Amber
