Michelle, thank you for getting me my loan today. You did a really good job really fast in and out.
We did our application online. Said we would be getting a call shortly. The next morning we called to check the status of the loan, the person was unprofessional sounding. Didn't seem to want our business at all. Two days later got a call saying we was approved. Then when we went in was told we had to reapply. Which we did. Three days go by and we call to check status.
