WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! , I will never do business with this company again. It's way to stressful. They threatened me they harassed me. This is not a place I would ever recommend again to anyone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
This is the WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They work with you? No, my dear, they do NOT. I've had problems with harassment, being threatened and a constant breach of contract on their part. I just received a letter from them today stating that my account is delinquent.....it's only a few DAYS late and we've already made arrangements to pay it tomorrow. Rude people. – I have been a customer of this company for a little over a year now and have never went past my due date or at the very least the grace period. For some reason I just got off the phone with an extremely rude lady named Diana who not only had attitude the whole time on the phone, but lied and said she was a "friend," of mine to get me on the phone plus she refused to state what company she was calling from. This business is seriously lacking in professionalism and halfway decent customer service. Very sweet ladies – I am a senior citizen that comes to that office these ladies are the nicest you will ever met. They have come to my car to get my pymt on many occasions when I was unable to get out of my car. They are always nice and as kind as can be to me and my wife
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – THE WOMEN AT THIS BUSINESS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE CARRYING ON RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS OF A INTIMATE NATURE. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAS AFFAIRS WITH CUSTOMERS HUSBANDS OR CUSTOMERS THAT SHE KNOWS ARE MARRIED. Ignorance at its best! Beware of Area also! – So I went to this loan place I was desperate, and it was round Christmas time...and the area was horrific! Horrible, not friendly at all – I've used a number of loan places, and this one by far the worst. Not only did they treat me like a peasant (I have a 756 credit score, so no problems there) they didn't follow up at all with me. They pestered me about my payment BEFORE MY DUE DATE. I closed the account as quickly as possible.
GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. – THIS IS ALWAYS A CLEAN PLACE TO GO.THE EMPLAYEE ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY.YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG WHEN YOU GO EVEN IF YOU DON'T CALL AHEAD.
