I get that they are loan office, but they call 5 times in one day and send out several letters about your loan if you are past due. They even can’t get your name right, I have been called 3 different names. Plus they were told one day for a payment and tried t get it a week before it we said.
These ladies helped me file my taxes with ease! Gave me 5000 dollars within an hour! And they didn't charge me an outrageous fee!
