I give them no stars. It took them three weeks to process the loan. When I went to receive the loan they made it extremely difficult. I presented a bank statement and they still wouldn’t hand over a check that was waiting for me!!!!Those we’re the words of the location manager. The two agents that were present on August 26 were very rude and found the situation to be hilarious . They come off as racists. I call corporate and they said the check should have been released….? Misinformation not good
