Jackie Pineda at World Finance (Bryan, Texas branch) was extremely helpful through the loan process. When I went in today she was training another young lady how to update accounts and showing her how to submit payments. Although, she was training she was very attentive to the customers' needs and patient. Jackie has superb customer service skills and overall a very sweet person.
