Terrible I went in needing a small, emergency loan. I worked in Conroe, but live in Splendora and the Conroe location was more convienient, but they insisted I needed to go to the Cleveland location because it was closure to my home. The girl who filled out my loan ap asked me if we rented our home. I told her no, so she put down that we owned and didn't ask about a mortgage.
